Your privacy and data security are important to us. We are responsible for protecting your personal information.

This File Assistant ("Policy") explains what information Document Assistant collects and how we protect your information.

1. What information do we collect?

I. Device Information

We collect information about your device and network connection in order to provide you with a better experience when you use our applications.

This information depends on the context in which you interact with us, the choices you make (including your privacy settings), and the products and features you use, and may include:

SDK/API/JS code version, IP address, platform, timestamp, app identifier, app version, app distribution channel, standalone device identifier, device manufacturer, device OS version, language location, time zone and network status (Wi-Fi, etc.), CPU and battery usage, screen resolution, memory usage, storage usage, SIM card operator, the SIM card country, Google app publishing status, ad loading policy, ad network and ad placement logo in Play. Phone height and width, SIM card carrier name, OS version.

We store the information collected by means of the Android ID associated with the device you are using. In this way, we can retain your advertising behavior while you are using the application. We treat this information as personal information

 

ii. Data about your use of the service

Number of clicks, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, time spent on specific pages, date and time of request, number of apps opened, and pages viewed.

License status.

The number of applications installed by the user.

Package name

Timestamp of when it was first opened

The brand of the application

Application network status

Firebase_device_id

Application model

Model country

System language, etc.

Advertisers may store or read cookies

 

The above information is only used to improve the product experience and we do not use this information for purposes other than improving the product experience and advertising performance.

 

iii. monetization and analytics information from other sources

 

Third party SDKs integrated into our applications may have access to your information, including

Google AdWords ID

Demographic data (e.g., to identify your IP address)

Data to combat fraud (e.g., click fraud in ads)

Data related to your device (e.g., device type, technical information, country)

Data for advertising, marketing and analytics

Advertisers may store or read cookies

Information collected by third party SDKs is managed by the providers of those SDKs and we have no control over these third parties. Third parties include monetization partners such as Google Admob, Facebook Audience Network, MoPub, Smaato, PubNative, IronSource, ChartBoost, Pixalate and others, as well as analytics partners such as Firebase, Facebook Analytics and our own stats system (ECS). iv. Android Ad Identifiers

We use your Android Ad Identifier in order to provide you with a customized advertising experience. It specializes in advertising and analytics. Please note that the ad identifier does not contain any sensitive user information that can be used to identify your user or your device. It is not linked to personally identifiable information, nor is it associated with any persistent device identifiers (such as SSAIDs, MAC addresses, IMEIs, etc.).

To this end, we also require appropriate security measures from vendors who process personal information on our behalf.

v. Designated Countries

As noted above, your personal information may be shared with our third party partners. We may disclose your personal information to our business partners, including advertisers, publishers, and data tracking companies. These business partners may use your personal information to display advertisements to you, measure your advertising/website interactions, and better understand website and application traffic usage or user behavior to improve their services. These partners' use of the information we disclose to them will be governed by their privacy policies.

 

4. What are the important permissions we are requesting?

Depending on the context of your interaction with us, we may ask you to provide certain permissions in order for our applications to function properly. You may opt out at any time, but please note that not granting us these permissions may cause our application to malfunction. These permissions

5. Legal basis for your personal data

As described above, we process personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Our legal basis for processing personal data includes processing that is necessary to perform our contract with you (e.g., to provide you with the services you have requested and to identify and verify you); to comply with legal requirements (e.g., to comply with applicable accounting rules and to enforce disclosure to law enforcement); for our legitimate interests (e.g., to manage our relationship with you, to ensure the security of our services, to communicate with you about our products and services); and based on our customer's consent. to communicate with you about our products and services); and based on our customers' consent (for example, to place certain cookies and share your information with third parties for advertising purposes).

In some cases, you may need to provide us with the personal data processed as described above so that we can provide you with all of our services and allow you to use all of the features of our applications.

 

6. Your rights

When we receive your personal rights request, please make sure you are ready to verify your identity. Please note that your individual rights are limited. We may limit your individual rights by:

Denying access as required or authorized by law;

1. Right to Withdraw Consent

If we have relied on consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of our processing, nor the lawfulness of any third party's processing based on your withdrawal of consent prior to that time.

ii. Right of access and correction

If you request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, we will provide you with a copy free of charge, unless we are permitted by law to charge for it. We may restrict your access if it adversely affects the rights and freedoms of other individuals. You may also request that any personal information we hold about you be corrected or updated, unless you have made the correction directly through the Services.

iii. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You may request that we delete any personal information we hold about you that: is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; was collected in connection with processing to which you previously consented, but such consent was subsequently

withdrawn; or in connection with processing activities to which you object and for which there are no overriding legitimate grounds for our processing.

iv. Right to restriction

You have the right to restrict our processing of your personal information in the event that

If we process your personal information on a legal basis of consent, contract or legitimate interest, you may object to our processing at any time and to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may continue to process your personal information if necessary to defend a legal claim or any other exception permitted by applicable law.

vi. Right to data portability

If we process your personal information pursuant to a contract with you or based on your consent, or by automated means, you may request to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, allow us to transfer your personal information directly to another "controller", unless the exercise of this right adversely affects the rights and freedoms of others.

vii. Notification to Third Parties

If we share your personal information with third parties, we will notify them of any requests to correct, delete or limit your personal information, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. At your request, we will identify these third parties.

viii. Automated personal decision-making, including analytical analysis

You have the right not to accept decisions based solely on automated processing, including analytical analysis of your personal information, that would have a legal or similarly significant impact on you, unless an exception is provided by applicable law.

ix. Right to file a complaint

If you believe that we have violated or infringed upon your privacy rights, please contact us via Feedback so that we can work to resolve your issue. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of alleged violation.

Your personal information that we collect from you and retain, except in circumstances where:

we need your information to detect security incidents and prevent malicious or illegal activity

We need your information to identify and fix application errors that impair existing intended functionality; we need your information to exercise freedom of expression, to ensure that other consumers exercise their right to freedom of expression, or to exercise other rights provided by law.

We need your information for internal uses that reasonably meet your expectations based on your relationship with us; and as otherwise required by the CCPA and other California laws.

iii. How You Can Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your rights as described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us via in-product feedback.

Only you or your authorized agent may make a verifiable consumer request relating to your personal information. You may only make two verifiable consumer information requests within a 12-month period. A verifiable consumer request must: Provide sufficient information to enable us to reasonably verify your identity and to enable us to confirm that we have collected personal information about you. Describe your request and provide sufficient detail so that we can understand and respond.

If we are unable to verify your identity, we will not be able to respond accurately to your request.

iv. How we respond to your request

We strive to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time (up to 90 days), we will notify you by email, phone or other electronic means of the reason and the extended period.

We do not charge a fee for processing or responding to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or clearly unfounded. If we determine that the request requires a fee, we will tell you why we made that determination and provide you with a fee estimate before completing your request.

v. Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Such discrimination includes: refusing to provide our services to you; charging you a different price or rate for our services; providing you with a different level or quality of service; implying that you may receive a different price or rate for our services, or a different level or quality of service.

vi. Note on Collection of Information from Minors

The Services are not directed to persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately remove that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action. For users between the ages of 13 and 16, they have the right to opt-in, and you may also contact us if you are a parent or guardian of a user between the ages of 13 and 16.

These services are not intended for people under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately remove that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.

9. Changes to the Policy

Any information collected is subject to the policies in effect at the time such information is collected. However, we may change this policy from time to time. If there is such a change, we will provide you with an additional form of notice of the modification or update, as appropriate. Your continued use of our applications or services following modifications to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.
